  • About the property

Mas Canto Perdrix was established 1860 and has carefully been restored the last years by Peter Erikson and Raphael Hage. The property is situated in the countryside on the border to the Alpilles National Park and is totally private – yet close to villages and shopping.
The property has around 200 olive trees and makes its own olive oil, which also can be purchased on site. You will find over 1000 lavender plants, 600 rosemary plants, fruit trees, almond trees and flowers to blend with the hilly surroundings.
  • Lounge area

In the main house you will find a well equipped modern kitchen and a large combined dining room and living room.
This 50 sqm large room has a high ceiling, a large old fire place and can easily accommodate 8-10 people both for dinner and for after-dinner drinks.
  • Pool area

The pool area is vast and the pool itself is 13 x 6 meters. The view from the pool area is probably one of the most beautiful in the entire region.
There are numerous sun beds and various chairs and sofas for reading and relaxation. There is also a summer kitchen and guests can have drinks and lighter meals served by the pool as required.
  • Guest rooms

There are five guest rooms at the property, each with a spacious double bed and private bathroom. Three of the guest rooms are located in the main building, one is a master suite with a separate living room. Two guest rooms are located in separate buildings. “The gardener ́s guest house” is situated at the lower end of the garden close to a huge fig tree with a private outdoor seating area. “Mas Garrigue” is situated at the upper part of the garden with a separate living room and a spacious terrace under a pergola.
