Pool area and gym with sauna
The pool area, situated on the upper part of the property, is surrounded by olive trees, oaks and pines. Overlooking the property and medows until the Alpilles mountain range and the Crau plain, it has one of the most beautiful and uninterrupted panoramic views in the area.
The pool area consists of several hundred sqm of stone terraces and wooden terraces with several lounge areas, a shaded dining area, numerous sunbeds and sofas.
In the pool house, you will find a kitchen equipped with a fridge, freezer, kitchenette and a bar.
The pool is 13 x 6 m is heated throughout the summer period with a heat pump. The depth is between 1,4 m and 1,9 m. The pool is equipped with two alarm detectors, in line with regulations. You will also find a WC and an outdoor shower with pre-set hot water.
Numerous plants and flower beds surround the whole pool area.
Walking behind and around the property is forbidden by law from June to September (as per Alpilles Natural Regional Parc regulations) due to fire risk. This makes the pool area enjoyable with an absolute feeling of peace and privacy.
By night, the whole pool area and all roads can be lit by spotlights and light bulbs for easy and comfortable access to all parts of the property.
In the pool house, you will find a kitchen equipped with a fridge, freezer, kitchenette and a bar.
The gym with sauna
The property has a gym and sauna, located close to the main building. Age limit to access is 16 years for security reasons.
It consists of a multi-purpose machine for training all parts of the body with 50+ different possibilities. There are also dumbbells for free weight-lifting, an exercise bench, yoga mats and a massage bench.
The sauna is of dry type without any steam or water. In this room you will also find a small area for relaxation and a shower.
