What luck that I found this little paradise! The property is very quiet in the middle of the Provencal nature, the large garden invites with its pine and olive trees and the many flower beds for small walks. The rooms and the small garden house where I stayed are very tastefully decorated, nothing is missing! I will never forget these beautiful days! A très bientôt!

Our family of nine stayed at this well-located home located in the country close, allowing peace a quite of the rural area, yet close enough to some small villages as minutes way to Arles and 30 minutes from Avignon. It was centrally located to Avignon, St. Remy de Provence, and Les Baux de Provence - must see the Carriers de Lumières!

The house was very well appointed with a beautiful working kitchen which we used aily. The pool is not located near the house; it is up on a hill overlooking sweeping views of the surrounding fields and there are short pathways to the main house, pétanque court, and the 2 separate cottages on the grounds. Laundry room was very well equipped - 2 sets of washers/dryers. The A/C units worked extremely well so we were never uncomfortable with the heat.

We LOVED our family time at the house. The layout was wonderful and all 13 people had more than enough room. Peter was so helpful with instructions and we had zero issues. After coming from Paris where the apartment was a little less than expected - we were thrilled to arrive at Mas Canto Perdrix. The home was well appointed (BEAUTIFUL). The only tip for guests would be to rent a car. We walked to town which was fine but it was difficult finding a ride home. Thank you to Peter & Raphael. We loved the house and our time spent in Provence. We will be back!!

The location and house were absolutely wonderful. Many places to see and experience are within a 90-minute drive from the house. The service in the lead up to the trip all the way through to Raphael - locally onsite to great us - despite it being 10pm at night was very much appreciated The fact that he also had some basic food there and milk was enormously thoughtful and helpful. The house overall was lovely - clean, well appointed, plenty of modern amenities, air conditioning was very good (and needed a few times). The water and ice in both refrigerators is uncommon in Europe so a really nice touch. We love to cook and did so quite a bit. I absolutely would recommend Mas Canto Perdrix and already have.

Mas Canto Perdrix was bigger than we expected with a large, well-appointed home, two guest cottages, an orchard and olive grove and big swimming pool area. The entire facility is beautifully maintained and the gardens a delight to walk through. Our group of seven adults and one toddler had plenty of room to be together and to be alone. This kind of space and comfort provided the perfect backdrop for our family. We knew we would use the kitchen daily, and loved going to the local markets to stock up on in-season fruits and vegetables. We were able to drive short distances and visit interesting sights such as Le Baux de Provence, Pont du Gard, Arles and Avignon. The wimming pool is an especially nice feature of the property, perched on the illside above the house. We enjoyed many hours poolside each day. The property owners were enormously hospitable and a commodating. It was a wonderful week!

We were delighted with our stay at the villa. Located in a huge and flowering estate, full of charm and extremely well equipped, it benefits from a location that we found ideal, near small villages with of all amenities, and very close to great classics like Baux-de-Provence, Saint-Remy-de-Provence, Arles, or the Camargue and its coastline. In addition, the swimming pool area is just fantastic and the the property also has its classic but nevertheless very pleasant petanque court, lit at night, and a ping-pong table! At the foot of the Alpilles, it is also an ideal starting point for walks and hikes. Add to that the kindness and availability of the owners, I admit that it was difficult to leave this haven of peace.
